BEACHES:
 Beach Pantan (Trogir)
This beautiful beach is located 1,5 km East of Trogir Center, on the estuary of Pantan River. It is 500m long gravel and sand beach with pine-tree wood on eastern side for a nice shade. To reach this beach, take bus No.37 from Trogir bus station to Split and exit on second station, walk for 200m and turn right where you will see the sign.
There is a popular Beach Bar "Mosquito" placed directly on the seashore with cold drinks, ice-creams and light food. The area around is protected natural resort with wonderful Pantan Mills on the north side of the beach.
 Beach Okrug (Okrug Gornji)
The Okrug Beach is most popular beach on Trogir riviera.It is 5km from Trogir center, easy reachable by road which follows south side of Island of Ciovo, to Okrug Gornji.
Two kilometers long gravel beach is also called "Trogir Copacabana" because of its beauty and popularity. The vast number of beach bars and few restaurants keeps this place alive through the night. There is a The water-sport center "MAX" with complete water sports offer for your active summer day.
 Beach Kava (Slatine)
The beach is placed on the far east corner of the Ciovo Island, in the beautiful inlet, near the old fishermen village of Slatine. It is 12km away from Trogir center. Kava Beach is one of the real natural beauties because it is not polluted by any buildings, hotels or houses in the area.
To reach it, you must pass through Slatine village and drive for more 4km to the east, with mostly gravel, and sometimes, very rough road.
There are no off-shore facilities, so it is preferable to bring some refreshing juices and sandwiches for longer stay.
 Beach Medena (Seget)
Medena Beach lies along the Seget Riviera, micro-location on the south side of Trogir, 4km from Trogir Center. It is very cultivated 3km long gravel beach surrounded by old pine-woods and various sport facilities: Water Sport Center, tennis courts, football & basketball courts, beach volleyball and Water-slide.
To reach Medena Beach, take the bus from Trogir Bus Station for Medena Hotel, drive for 4 km to the west from Trogir, or take a walk (30min.) on the wonderful "Lungomare" from Seget village to "Medena".

In the central part of the Croatian part of the Adriatic, between the islands near Šibenik and Zadar, there is a separate and a special group of islands called Kornati.
Due to extraordinary sights, interesting geomorphology, indented coastal line and rich biocenosis of the sea ecosystem, bigger part of the islands of Kornati became national park in 1980.
NP "Kornati" contains 220 km2 and 89 islands, islets and rocks with approximately 238 km of coastal line. Besides this relatively large number of islands, land part takes less than 1/4 of total surface, while the rest is sea ecosystem.

National park "Krka" (1985) and it is the seventh nationalni park of Croatia.
It is located on the area of the county of Šibenik and Knin, with the surface of 109 km2; two kilometeres downstream from Knin to Skradin and downstream of Čikole.
It is 72,5 km long and it is 22nd longest river in Croatia.
River Krka wells in footage of the mountain Dinara, 3,5 km northeast from Knina under 22 m high, Topoljski slap, Veliki buk or Krčić, loud in winter and still in summer.
There are 49 km of freshwater and 23,5 km salt water. Important streams are Krčić, Kosovčica, Orašnica, Butišnica and Čikola with Vrba.
With seven waterfalls and total downfall of 242 m Krka is natural phenomena.

The island of Brač is a part of middle Dalmatian islands, and it is the biggest one. It is about 40 km long, and 10 - 12 km wide; with total surface of 395 km2.
By the "Canal" of Brač (deepest part 78 m) it is 6 to 13 km to the land. It is divided by narrow Splitska vrata from the island of Šolta on the west and "canal" of Hvar (91 m deep) from the island of Hvar on the south. The biggest town on the east Adriatic coast is in the vicinity.

Međugorje is one of the most important catholic sanctuaries in the world, located near Čitluk, in the southern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Since then this has been one of the most frequented places in Herzegovini, and one of the most popular tourist destinations in BIH, besides Sarajevo. It is different from French Lourd, that became a commercial paradise for over six million people, Međugorje has kept its original charm, where the pilgrims aleways find peace and hope in their faith. The center of "Svetište kraljice mira", the official name of sanctuary in Međugorje is the church of st. Jakov in the center.

The most famous and visited among eight national parks in Croatia is the NP - Plitvička jezera, registered in the list of world heritage of UNESCO, back in 1979.
According to IUCN, that states eight cathegories of natural areas protection, Plitvička jezera belong to the second cathegory - national park, that denotes the protected area.
